First, let me apologize that there are so many pictures, but they were all so cute, and we had so much fun that I couldn't resist. Yesterday Gary and I took the girls and our nephew, Preston, to the zoo. Gary leaves for Bulgaria tomorrow so we wanted to do a fun family activity together before he left. He will be gone for about three weeks and then he'll be home for about a week before he and I go on the biggest vacation of our marriage! we are going to spend 12 days in France and Spain!! We are so excited to visit Gary's mission and it will be the first real trip Gary and I have taken with just the two of us. Anyway, back to the zoo...

Jenna loved the train and the Carousel. She got mad when we had to get off!

This huge wooden elephant is pretty cool. It makes noise every once in awhile, which scared Jenna, it was great!

They had some free kids activities going on so Brianna and Preston made some hand puppets and bookmarks.

When you are dealing with animals you don't always see the most appropriate things. As we watched, this giant turtle climbed up on another giant turtle and, well, we'll just say that he seemed VERY happy.

Jenna had more fun pushing the stroller around the zoo than riding in it, or even looking at the animals!
