New Baby

So here we are, just 3 or 4 weeks away from having a new baby, and we have no idea yet what to name it, so, we thought we would ask for suggestions. The Ultra sound guy was pretty sure that it's a girl, but just in case, we want to go to the hospital armed with a girl and a boy name. We would appreciate any help we could get! Some of the ideas we've had thrown out so far are:

Girl
Rebecca
Sarah
Emma
Alisa

Boy
Henry Lee
Derek
Ryan Lee

Please share your ideas!!!

Brianna's Snowman

Brianna wanted to make a Snowman Sunday afternoon. We had My sister, Tiffani's family over, but none of the boys wanted to help, so Brianna went out and built this cute snowman all by herself. I think she did a pretty darn good job!

Ward Family Christmas Party

On Saturday we had our Ward Family Christmas Party. We had Juice and donuts and Santa came for the kids.
Jenna REALLY enjoyed the donuts.

They had Christmas pictures and crayons layed out on the tables for the kids. Jenna loved that!

Jenna HATED Santa. We thought that if Brianna was on his lap too, she would be OK, but we were wrong.

First REAL snow in Stansbury

Saturday we finally got a decent amount of snow! We had promised Emili and Kevin that we would help them in their basement, so, even though it was still snowing Gary decided to hurry and shovel the driveway so that when we backed out it wouldn't leave ice on the driveway. Of course the girls had to be in on the fun too! Jenna thinks that she is such a big girl. She saw Dadda and Brianna with snow shovels, so she needed a shovel too. We dug out this little garden shovel and she thought that she was such a big helper! Later that day we were at Home Depot and found a little snow shovel just Jenna's size so we're prepared for the next time.
Brianna likes to shovel the sidewalk. What a big help, as I stood in the shelter of the garage and watched!!
We bought Brianna and Jenna matching coats from the Children's Place. aren't they a couple of cute girls?
Jenna is just too cute with her funny little hat on.

Thanksgiving

This year Thanksgiving was with the Eaton side of my family. As always there was good food and good company. A bunch playing "Ticket to Ride", a really fun game!
Emili and Heidi visiting with the Kobayashi cousins.

Emili helped the kids make Indian Vests for an activity. Brianna took it a step further and made her own "antiqued" map.

Gary and Jenna messing around.

More "Ticket to Ride" fun. The orange things that look a little like carrots are actualy a really cute (and yummy) centerpiece made out of chocolate that Lindsey made for decoration and eating.

Activity Days

I was recently called to be an Activity Days Leader over Brianna's group. They hadn't had an activity in about 5 months, so I didn't waste any time having our first activity just before Thanksgiving. We wrote Thank You letters and decorated 'Turkey" cookies. It was a lot of fun!
